Public Hearings
The commission will hold public hearings to gather feedback from residents before
finalizing the electoral division boundaries and names. The hearings are a formal process
with all the commission members.
Individuals wishing to make an oral presentation at a public hearing should register in advance.
The commission cannot guarantee that there will be enough time for drop-in
presenters to make a formal presentation.
You don't have to make a presentation to attend. Everyone is welcome.
Registration will guarantee you time to make your oral presentation to the commission.
Drop-in presenters will be allowed to present, time permitting, and will present
on a first come, first served basis.
To ensure your opportunity to speak you are asked to register two weeks before the public hearing you want to attend.
